PROJECT OVERVIEW
Performance Court at 150 Elgin is a 360,000 SF LEED Gold, Class A Office tower in Ottawa’s central business district. Developed by Morguard, Performance Court at 150 Elgin is an award winning project from its very inception, having its conceptual design selected by the City of Ottawa in a formal competition.

The design reflects Morguard’s core value to build and operate its real estate on a sustainable basis and at the same time, elegantly addresses the neighbourhood and surrounding streets in its scale, elevations and exterior finishes.

Entrances from Gloucester Street to the office tower and retail, and from Elgin and Laurier Streets, provide easy accessibility. The Elgin Street entrance is marked by a landscaped Pocket Park, which bridges between two important heritage buildings: The Grant House (1875) and the First Baptist Church (1878), and is a warm invitation into the tower’s Winter Garden. This impressive complex is in the heart of Ottawa’s cultural and business districts, with hotels, restaurants, shops, pubs, cafes and bakeries nearby. City Hall, the Provincial Courthouse, Confederation Park and the National Arts Centre are just across Elgin Street, offering vital services and amenities in a vibrant and creative atmosphere.

Close to excellent public transit, Performance Court at 150 Elgin enjoys one of the most direct routes from the central business district to the Queensway Highway via Nicholas Street and is just a few minutes’ walk from Parliament Hill, the Rideau Centre, the Sparks Street Mall, the Rideau Canal and Byward Market.
